12 Month Guarantee

We guarantee for a period of 12 months from date of installation our labour, parts and products supplied by AFEXS.com Electrical Services. We do not guarantee light bulbs or fixtures and fittings purchased and supplied by the client.

Extended Warranties

AFEXS.com Electrical Services are registered with Elecsa which is a government approved scheme operator.  By law we must advise clients that they can purchase an extended warranty for the installation work we have completed on their property. The extended warranty insurance can only be purchased direct from Elecsa when installation work has been completed by us, for more information please enquire for more details.  

 

We would like to make it clear that we do not make any financial gain from introducing clients to the Extended Warranty Scheme offered through Elecsa and do not make any financial gain if clients decide to purchase an extended warranty.

FREE - Local Authority Building Control Notification

Electrical installation work only installed & completed by AFEXS.com Electrical Services that requires notification to the local Building Control Department will be registered free of charge on behalf of the client.  A saving to you of £200, we will deal with all the paper work involved on your behalf free of charge.
